Do I have to set up an account?

Setting up an account with us will allow you to see the details of the products like price and quantities. You will see the actual shipping fee after you log in to your account.

How can I create a new account?

Please click here and fill out the form to create a business wholesale account. Our team will check your submission and will send you an approval email.

How do I shop and check out on your website?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How can I pay for orders?

We accept payments via Paypal, ShopPay and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. You are under the protection of Shopify payment system. If you do not want to pay with a credit card, just reach out to us to use Zelle for the payment.

Can I cancel an order after the purchase?

We are unable to cancel an order if we have already prepared or shipped it. However, if we have not started preparing it, we can cancel the order. Please contact us at support@hestrade.com for a quick resolution.

Is shipping free and how can I calculate shipping fee?

Shipping is not free because you see our base and wholesale prices. To calculate your shipping fee, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically by our Shopify system based on the total value of your purchase and your shipping address. You can view the shipping fee before finalizing your order at checkout. If you find that the shipping fee is high, please reach out to us so our internal team can help optimize it.

What should I expect after placing my order, and how can I check its status?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Why is an item showing as "Temporarily Unavailable" even though it's available?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How will I know when an item is available again?

You can use the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page. By entering your email address, you'll receive an automatic notification as soon as the item is back in stock, so you can purchase it right away!
